Vivian Maier was a phenomenon and a story that tells us how an appreciation for art which come too late. She was an amateur photographer who worked every day as a nanny or a baby sitter. Vivian spent her free time taking images in the streets of big cities like New York and Chicago from 1950 to1970. The results were fantastic yet sadly those amazing photos remained unknown for they were private collection saved in a chest and most of them were not developed yet.
When she died in 2009, her 150.000 negatives were gone along with her house which was sold out. Unfortunately, in 2007, small parts of those thousand of negatives were unintentionally found by an art collector who could directly appreciate and recognize the greatness of Vivian photos.
