Portrait Photography Tips

Peter Hurley is a famous portrait and headshot photographer. He has been splashing around the world of close up photography for more than a decade. Headshot photograph is a photo which is taken with the head and a small part of the shoulder as the focus of the photo. In this opportunity, Peter will share some secrets on what he usually does to make his clients look more photogenic in front of camera. According to him, one of the easiest ways to make any of his client look cooler is by highlighting their chin line.

The secret of his style of taking a photograph is actually very simple. The key point is not to let the chin and the neck slur with each other without any clear line between them. Apparent chin line will make your face appear haggard and it will look more attractive. It is a very simple attempt; you just need to point your face forward a bit. But if you shoot from the side, you can slightly lower down one of your shoulders (that faces the camera) then direct your face to the front and put it little bit sideway.
